Skala och t\u00e4rna s\u00f6tpotatisen och fr\u00e4s den tillsammans med l\u00f6ken, paprikapulvret och currypulvret.<br \/>\n2. L\u00e4gg i den frysta spenaten, h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver kokosmj\u00f6lken, en buljongt\u00e4rning, tomatpur\u00e9n och puttra ner till en lagom konsistens. Koka inte kokosmj\u00f6lken f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt, men l\u00e5t s\u00f6tpotatisen bli lite mjuk fast med motst\u00e5nd.<br \/>\n3. Smaka av med salt och peppar och mer chili om du vill ha grytan hetare.
