Koka upp rikligt med vatten. Koka nudlarna i vattnet ett par minuter och h\u00e4ll sedan av dem i ett durkslag och kallspola dem.<br \/>2. Koka upp gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongen med sojan, ingef\u00e4ran, citronen, sambal oelek, sesamoljan och str\u00f6sockret.<br \/>3. Fr\u00e4s purjol\u00f6k, champinjoner och broccoli tills de f\u00e5r lite yta.\u00a0L\u00e4gg i alltsammans i buljongen och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i ca fem minuter. L\u00e4gg till sist i nudlarna och tofun.
