Tills\u00e4tt ca 1-3 dl vetemj\u00f6l (tills det blir lagom konsistens, en bl\u00f6t deg \u00e4r bra). Tills\u00e4tt lite valn\u00f6tter och sesamfr\u00f6.<br \/>5. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa 1 timme.<br \/>6. Pytsa ut frall-stora degbitar p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t.&nbsp;L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa en stund till under en bakduk.<br \/>7.
