St\u00e4ll in i ugn i cirka 15-20 minuter, r\u00f6r om n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng.<br \/>\n3. Tzatziki: Grovriv 0,5 gurka och finriv 2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, krama ur vattnet fr\u00e5n gurkan med h\u00e4nderna och blanda ner gurkan och vitl\u00f6ken i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med 5 dl yoghurt\/havre fra\u00eeche. R\u00f6r ner lite olja, \u00f6rtsalt och svartpeppar.<br \/>\n4. Stek 1 f\u00f6rpackning oumph i 2-3 minuter, tills de f\u00e5tt en fin stekyta.<br \/>\n5.
