H\u00e4ll upp mj\u00f6let p\u00e5 en tallrik och tills\u00e4tt vatten och salt.<br \/>\n3. H\u00e4ll upp pankon och\u00a0tills\u00e4tt kryddorna (oregano, chiliflakes, salt och svartpeppar), blanda v\u00e4l.<br \/>\n4. Doppa aubergineskivorna f\u00f6rst i mj\u00f6lblandningen, v\u00e4nd sen i pankon. Tryck till pankon s\u00e5 fastnar den b\u00e4ttre.<br \/>\n5. V\u00e4rm upp en stekpanna med ca. 1 cm olja, stek skivorna gyllenbruna, ha inte f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.
