H\u00e4ll i havredryck och v\u00e4rm till ca 37\u00b0.<br \/>\n2) St\u00f6t saffran riktigt fint med lite socker i en mortel. H\u00e4ll lite av degspadet i morteln f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa upp saffranet.<br \/>\n3) Smula ner j\u00e4sten i en degbunke. R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i degspadet och saffransblandningen.<br \/>\n4)\u00a0Tills\u00e4tt salt, socker eller sirap och mj\u00f6l. Dega tills degen blir blank och smidig och sl\u00e4pper. J\u00e4s under bakduk ca 30 min. Baka ut degen och g\u00f6r katterna &#8211; tills\u00e4tt fyllningen h\u00e4r om det \u00f6nskas.<br \/>\n5)\u00a0J\u00e4s katterna under bakduk, ca 30 min.
